At Trozelonphoryzen, we are committed to providing high-quality printing services. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have specific return and refund policies outlined below.
Please review this policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Return Policy.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will reprint and replace it at no additional cost.
Quality issues that qualify for replacement include:
Because all our products are custom-printed to your specifications, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect information provided by the customer. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues.
If you provided incorrect information (wrong text, colors, or design), we may be able to offer a reprint at a discounted rate. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss options.
To initiate a return or request a replacement:
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
You may cancel your order before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible, and a cancellation fee may apply.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@trozelonphoryzen.world. We will confirm receipt and process your cancellation request within 2 business days.
If your order has already entered production, you may be charged a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order value to cover materials and setup costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For approved returns due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns initiated by the customer (change of mind, incorrect information provided), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.
Please retain the original packaging and take photos of the damage. This helps us improve our packaging and processing procedures.
For custom orders, we provide digital proofs for your approval before production. Once you approve a proof, you are responsible for the accuracy of the content. Changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.
If you notice an error in the proof that we created, please notify us immediately. We will correct it at no charge before production begins.
All return and replacement requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to process returns or replacements, except for manufacturing defects covered by our quality guarantee.
